Administrative Associate

Columbia, MO / Administration / Part Time

HOURS/DAYS:  Part-time (30 hours per week) Monday-Friday 9:00 am-4:00 pm

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the general direction of the Human Resources Manager, this position will perform responsible and varied clerical and supportive Administrative Office duties.  The employee in this position will have staff, board and patron contact.  This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, work well with others and provide optimal customer service.  Responsible for:

  • providing receptionist duties
  • processing employment applications
  • filing administrative correspondence
  • HR and Finance projects
  • provide notary services
  • other clerical duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent and 48 hours college credit required.  Experience may substitute for college credit.  Two years administrative support, human resources, accounting and advanced MS Office experience strongly preferred.  Must be able to obtain notary public commission within the first 60 days of employment.

HOURLY SALARY: $13.59 per hour
